Thanks for choosing Cozy as your vehicle service partner! We welcome your opinions and feedback upon the service experience from Cozy, there are a few things we expect from every user on Cozy. Your reviews and photos, as well as your profile and the comments you share, are all subject to Content Guidelines. If your activity on Cozy doesn't match up to these content guidelines, then we reserve the right to take action as we deem necessary. This could include altering or deleting your reviews or comments, restricting your review activity or deleting your Cozy account altogether, with or without notice. If you see content that does not align with these guidelines or our Terms of Service, or notice suspicious activity please let us know. We will consider all reports. However, it will be reviewed by the internal team before it is subject to removal.

• Accounts placing irrelevant, inappropriate or promotional content, reviews with other’s names, reviews with similar digital signatures that spam our garage partners or are based on any already disclaimed or informed policies and practices of a vendor may be deleted without notice. If your review has been removed or moderated by us and if you repost another experience for the same vendor, we reserve the right to remove that review too, even though such review might be in line with our content guidelines. In the case of spam, we can restrict your review activity on Cozy.
• Do not post foul/abusive/hateful language, threats, and lewd content on any of our platforms, if found to be portraying any of the above kind of activity as listed above, we reserve the right to delete your Cozy account.
• Write your review based on facts and your own experiences (e.g., not a friend's or any hearsay experience or based on media reports). Please don't exaggerate or falsify your experience. We do not take sides in cases of dispute, so make sure you can stand by your word. Content that indicates the reviewer hasn't even visited or availed any services from the restaurant will be removed. Deceptive, fake, or misleading reviews will be removed. Accepting or soliciting a kickback – monetary or otherwise – in exchange for reviews or photographs is also not acceptable and could result in removal of your profile.
• Your profile is your identity on Cozy, so keep it real. Please refrain from using inappropriate names, bios, or profile images or fake accounts. Upon notice, we might end up removing your account depending on how inappropriate your profile is.
• We take allegations of blackmail or threatening behaviour against vendors or delivery partners is considered very seriously. This activity is strictly against our guidelines. Reviews submitted in an attempt to blackmail a vendor or delivery partners will be deleted.
• Refrain from availing fake vehicle service. We appreciate the genuineness in the vehicle details you add, any fraudulent findings will be subject to action.
• To ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up and drop service, sufficient amounts of fuel must be maintained in the vehicle. Cozy is not responsible for sponsoring fuel for the pick-up and drop facility. However, in case the minimum fuel requirement is not met, extra charges will be implied to compensate for the extra time and resource required to arrange for refuelling.
• The service cost you pay is inclusive only to the services mentioned in our checklist for the specific package you choose. any additional parts or services that is required to ensure the optimal performance and safety of your vehicle, we will inform you promptly before carrying out any services or replacements outside the predefined checklist and respective charges will also be communicated accordingly.
• While raising any complaints please ensure to maintain the required evidence with reference to recent dates only.
• Any service warranty is valid only for 7 days or for 30 kilometers, from the date of the service. It’s important to note that the warranty covers the specific services rendered during your service and does not extend to unrelated issues or new problems that may arise. Any additional services required beyond the original scope will be discussed separately.
